These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between hakim4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who registers an account on, accesses, or uses any service made available through the website located at https://hakim4d.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, or distributed software.

hakim4d is operated under international online gaming licensing. We are not regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia, the Ministry of Finance Malaysia, or any Malaysian domestic regulatory authority. Online gambling in Malaysia exists within a complex legal framework, and it is the sole responsibility of each User to ensure that their use of our services is lawful within their jurisdiction before registering an account.

By registering an account, clicking "I Agree", depositing funds, or otherwise using any portion of the hakim4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference — including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on the hakim4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. hakim4d enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Territory at the time of registration or at any subsequent time during Account use.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of hakim4d or any affiliated group company.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You understand and accept that online gambling may be unlawful in your jurisdiction, and you take full personal responsibility for verifying the legality of your participation.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the hakim4d Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any associated balances, including real-money deposits, may be forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address (Malaysian address for Malaysian players — Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or otherwise), email address, and mobile number. Any material misrepresentation or omission in registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. hakim4d will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. hakim4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

4.4 Two-Factor Authentication

Where available, Players are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account for additional security. hakim4d reserves the right to require 2FA for Accounts flagged for unusual activity patterns.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, hakim4d grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling activities.

You agree that your use of the hakim4d Platform shall at all times comply with applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal gambling entertainment as contemplated by these Terms.

The Platform, including all software, design, content, trademarks, and data, remains the exclusive intellectual property of hakim4d and its licensors. You have no rights to copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without express written permission.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hakim4d accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment methods: FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow instant bank transfer, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, as well as selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

6.2 Deposit Currency

All Account balances are denominated and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed blockchain receipt. hakim4d is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency valuations between the time of initiation and confirmation.

6.3 Minimum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount for fiat payment methods (FPX, DuitNow, e-wallets, bank transfers) is RM50 per transaction. The minimum deposit for cryptocurrency methods is the equivalent of MYR 30 at the time of deposit. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on payment method, Account verification status, and responsible gambling controls.

6.4 Deposit Processing

Deposits via FPX, DuitNow, and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your Account balance instantly upon bank confirmation. hakim4d is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or Force Majeure events.

7.1 KYC Verification Requirement

All withdrawals require prior completion of hakim4d's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This includes submission and approval of valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or equivalent passport), proof of residential address, and verification of the payment method to be used for withdrawal. hakim4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.3 Processing Times

For KYC-verified accounts, hakim4d targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes, measured from the time of withdrawal request approval:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes in most cases.
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: 5 to 15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Wire Transfer: 15 to 60 minutes.

These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed processing times. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, during system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. hakim4d's stated target is that at least 95% of verified withdrawals are completed within 60 minutes.

7.4 Withdrawal to Same Method

As an anti-money laundering (AML) measure, withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. If a direct return is not possible, alternative verification steps will apply.

8.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to new and existing Players subject to specific eligibility requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms. All bonuses are subject to change, withdrawal, or cancellation at hakim4d's sole discretion without prior notice. Players who have self-excluded or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for promotional bonuses.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus offers carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum deposits, eligible games, contribution rates, and maximum withdrawal caps are specified in each individual promotion's terms. The following summary of current welcome bonus structures applies as of the effective date of this Agreement (subject to change):

• 288% Magnificent Bonus (up to MYR 2,880): 35x wagering requirement on bonus amount. Minimum deposit RM50. For new accounts only.
• 100% Standard Bonus (up to MYR 300): 10x wagering requirement. Minimum deposit RM50. For new accounts only.
• 188% Esports Bonus (up to MYR 888): 18x wagering requirement. Minimum deposit RM50. For new accounts only.
• 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus (up to MYR 688 per deposit): No minimum wagering multiplier. Applicable to every cryptocurrency deposit. 21+ only.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

hakim4d reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and terminate Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated bonus exploitation, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, low-variance gameplay patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other conduct intended to exploit promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.

All games and betting markets available on the hakim4d Platform operate under specific rules applicable to each game type. By participating in any game or betting market, you agree to those game-specific rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

9.1 Random Number Generation

All casino game outcomes on the Platform are determined by Certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently tested and audited by third-party testing laboratories. RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed for individual games are accurate to the certification at the time of display and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed per-session returns.

9.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and other markets — are subject to sports-specific betting rules available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. hakim4d reserves the right to void or amend bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, match abandonment, or verified integrity concerns.

9.3 Bet Finality

Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or altered by the Player. hakim4d may, at its sole discretion, cancel a wager that was placed due to a clearly erroneous price or system error.

hakim4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time controls, self-exclusion, and cooling-off periods. These tools are accessible within your Account settings.

The hakim4d Platform is strictly for Players aged 21 years and above. We will not knowingly permit any person under 21 to register or use the Platform. Players are responsible for ensuring the Platform is not accessible by minors using their devices or accounts.

hakim4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data transmissions are encrypted via SSL/TLS protocols. We do not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Registering multiple accounts on the Platform under any name, identity, or using any technical means to circumvent the one-account policy.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or analyse the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with Platform employees.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation services.
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent dispute processes with payment providers in connection with hakim4d deposits.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hakim4d staff or other players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hakim4d's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hakim4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — regardless of whether hakim4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hakim4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We accept no liability for losses arising from Force Majeure events, third-party payment network failures, or telecommunications infrastructure disruptions outside our reasonable control.

14.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting hakim4d customer support. Upon closing your Account, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds unless wagering requirements are fully met) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks.

14.2 Termination by hakim4d

hakim4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; KYC verification is not completed within a specified timeframe; fraudulent or abusive activity is detected; or where required by our licensing obligations or applicable legal requirements.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. All bonus funds are forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you net of any amounts owed to hakim4d under these Terms, pending satisfactory AML clearance.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which hakim4d's operating entity is incorporated and licensed. These laws shall govern all matters related to the validity, interpretation, performance, and enforcement of this Agreement.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution via hakim4d's internal dispute process by contacting our customer support team. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration.

Nothing in this clause limits hakim4d's right to seek emergency injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property or prevent ongoing prohibited conduct.

hakim4d reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

The version of these Terms and Conditions that applies to any particular dispute is the version in force at the time the circumstances giving rise to the dispute first arose.
